the maze from aboveNavigate a maze

This project uses dead-reckoning to navigate a maze. Measure the distances and angles and have the robot start on the red arrow and finish on the black X.

Is the robot easier to control at fast speeds or slow speeds? Should it turn at right angles or other angles? Should it move forward or backward?

You only get 3 chances to run your robot on the actual maze, do plenty of testing on your own before you take the challenge!

If you don't want to build walls, just create a maze using electrical tape on the floor (if you're lucky enough to have tile floors) or draw it on paper to put over your carpeting like the one below. These can also make good test sites for the "real" maze.
